Leaderboard help

• ✓Join the Leaderboard: reach a score, open the Leaderboard and tap join to submit your first score.
• ✓Update a higher score: use “Rekoru Güncelle”. A new score is only sent when it is strictly higher.
• ✓Refresh your rank: use “Sıralamanı Güncelle”. Refreshing only reads the board — it never submits a score.
• ✓Edit your display name or Instagram username: use “Profili Düzenle”.
• ✓Delete your entry: open your own entry and choose delete. This removes your public entry only.

Reporting an abusive player

1. 1.Open the player row action menu (•••).
2. 2.Choose “Oyuncuyu Bildir”.
3. 3.Select a report reason.
4. 4.Submit the report explicitly.

Reports do not automatically ban a player. They are reviewed before any action is taken.

Blocking players

Blocking hides a player locally on your device. You can unblock from “Engellenen Oyuncular”. Blocking and reporting are separate actions: blocking is local and immediate, while reporting sends a report for review.

Moderation

• ✓Content is filtered before it is published.
• ✓Reports may be reviewed by an administrator.
• ✓Abusive names or handles may be redacted, hidden or removed.
• ✓Suspicious scores may be invalidated.
• ✓A player may be banned from Leaderboard participation.
• ✓A Leaderboard ban does not affect offline / core gameplay.

Community and content rules

To keep the Leaderboard usable for everyone, the following are not allowed:

• ✓Profanity or abusive language.
• ✓Hate or targeted harassment.
• ✓Impersonation.
• ✓Spam or promotional misuse.
• ✓Misleading Instagram handles.
• ✓Cheating or manipulated scores.
• ✓Attempts to bypass content filtering.

Common troubleshooting

• ✓The Leaderboard needs an internet connection; core gameplay works offline.
• ✓Refreshing your rank never submits a score automatically.
• ✓Updating your score requires an explicit action.
• ✓If your local score already matches your submitted score, no new submission is sent.
• ✓Opening an Instagram profile uses the Instagram app when available, otherwise the web.
• ✓If an ad, rewarded continue or privacy prompt behaves unexpectedly, include whether you were online, what you selected and whether a reward was actually earned; never click an ad just to test it.
• ✓For a purchase issue, check that you are signed in to the correct Apple App Store or Google Play account and include the product and purchase status without sending payment details or passwords.

Response expectations

Reports and messages are reviewed in a timely manner. Because Blokello is made by one person, response times can vary.
